There was a problem with the order , sour cream was all over my lettuce when the person made the burrito bowl with gloves that still had sour cream on them . I brought This to a managers attention. I received an apology and a swift second burrito bowl made and they offered to take care of it because of the inconvenience ! Wow ! I will continue to spend my hard earned money here! Great place ! Jason was the manager. Stein handshake and a great respectful demeanor !

Just had lunch here today! Customer service and great food always bring me back to Chipotle. We tried the queso for the 1st time today and received a Large bag of chips FREE plus drinks. Your staff always go above and beyond, are helpful, polite and FUN. On this #givingtuesday your staff deserve a round of applause. Thank you for excellent customer service!

The staff is excellent! Offered to change gloves and all the serving spoons when told I needed one of my orders to be gluten free (one of my children has a sensitivity), made sure I knew what ingredients may have gluten, and treated our huge, free-because-of-coupons order just as quickly and nicely as if we'd paid full price.
